A few words about who I am and what I do on a daily basis
I am a sales and management practitioner with over 20 years of experience. I have been working in business since 2003, and I have been active in the development services and consulting industry since 2010.
For nearly 15 years, I have worked as a trainer, coach, consultant, assessor, facilitator, and manager specializing in the following areas: strategic management, process and project management, mature leadership, sales and customer service, negotiation, influence, interpersonal communication, and broad HRM.
I am also a development methodologist with extensive international experience in supporting skills in sales and customer service processes, production and logistics, and strategic management. I have trained employees from the USA, Canada, Japan, China, India, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Albania.
I have completed three business trainer academies: the Business Trainer Academy of SET Group, the Business Trainer School of Moderator, and the Master School for Business Trainers Level 3 by Moderator, as well as the Consultant Trainer Course “Partner for Business” by House of Skills, the Project Management Course by the International Project Management Association, and the Coach School of SET Academy.
Since 2013, I have led “Train the Trainer” projects for trainers, consultants, and coaches, with more than 50 editions of academies and closed projects for businesses. I have conducted numerous training sessions abroad, consistently receiving top evaluations for my work.
I have over 1,200 days of training, workshops, and coaching sessions delivered to sales representatives, buyers, negotiators, customer advisors, telemarketers, business trainers, coaches, HR specialists, middle and senior management.
I gained my experience in sales, management, training, and HRM processes in a global financial services company with a worldwide reach, and also by collaborating with leading training and consulting firms in Poland as a project manager, business development manager, and sales director.
Since 2010, I have initiated, managed, and led development and consulting projects aimed at improving sales results, enhancing customer service outcomes, refining negotiation processes, developing training competencies, and managing human resources more effectively within organizations.
Since 2012, I have been a member of the Polish Society of Business Trainers. From 2018 to 2021, I chaired the Ethics Committee and Peer Court within its structures. From 2021 to 2022, I had the honor of serving the business trainers’ community as a board member of PTTB. During my tenure, the society obtained and implemented a professional business trainer qualification framework recognized across the European Union.
I am the author of HR and training-related articles published in the monthly magazine “Personel i Zarządzanie”.
